![]() ![]() If i set it to a fixed value in nvidia x server settings, it does the same. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? PSensor reports consistent 15% fan level but fan rpm jumping between 0 and 600ish. My guess would be that there is a setting in the VBios that overrides the stop temp and is fighting the other utilities. I opened my case and the fans actually speed up and slow down in a loop, so they do not stop but also do not get powered consistently. My GPU fans start to run for a short amount of time and stop, as shown to me in PSensor and GWE. I tried both Green With Envy and nfancontrol and both show the same behavior. SOLVED: GPUs that allow fans to shut off at low loads have issues with minimum fan speeds on custom fan curves, so all you have to do is set your minimum fan % to 23-25% in your GreenWithEnvy fan curve and it should work as expected again. ![]()
